Dave Killins
General Manager
Dave’s role as General Manager includes close collaboration with the President in planning, directing, and overseeing all aspects of IDEAL Coatings services along with quality and safety. Dave holds dual Red Seal tickets as a Journeyman Pipefitter and Journeyman Carpenter with extensive experience in all aspects of coatings. Dave values open and candid conversation, quality execution, safety and achieving projects on schedule and on budget.
Dave has been in Alberta since 1997 and has spent the last 20 plus years living in Grande Prairie. Outside of work Dave enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, scuba diving and in the summer spending time riding his motorcycle.

Coatings Coordinator
Coating coordinator- 15 years experience, AMPP CCI, employees with ideal since 2015, extensive knowledge of Plural pump operation and maintenance, pipeline experience 4”-48” Pipe, Valves and Fittings.
In my spare time I enjoy hunting fishing camping, and time with family.
